National Service Alliance has a complete electronics claims processing system. Service providers submit their warranty claims electronically via the NSA system where the claims are validated against the client's unique business rules. The validation process acts as a gatekeeper so that invalid claims are not introduced into the system. The system may be configured so that a claims specialist is used to review and validate each individual claim. If desire, valid warranty claims can be automatically approved so that no manual intervention is required.
Approved claims are then processed for payment through the NSA system or downloaded via a specialized data file to a third party claims processing system for final approval, payment and transactional record keeping.
NSA is compatible with all third party warranty claims processing companies.
